MME members include classroom teachers, informal marine educators, and others. Our resource base is as strong as our membership. We welcome our members’ assistance with any of our projects.

Membership Categories:

Individual – 1 year $30.00

Student Member – 1 year $15.00

Organizational Member – 1 year $100.00

To become a MME member fill out the membership form linked below. The form can be filled out online or you can download the pdf and mail your completed form with a check to address below.

NMEA Membership Discount:

Did you know that as a member of MME, you are eligible for a discount on membership with the National Marine Educators Association? Follow these steps to get your NMEA membership discount:

1. Become a member of MME

2. Click on this link: Join NMEA

3. Select “Professional” and click “Continue”

4. Fill out the needed information and click “Submit”

5. When on the “Membership Dues” page, enter “MME” as the Promotional Code

6. Click “Apply Code”

7. The $15 discount will appear at the bottom.

Help Send a Student to the High School Marine Science Symposium 2024

Please help us bring low-income students to the annual MME High School Marine Science Symposium. Student Registration is $20.00 and includes all lectures and workshops, a morning snack and lunch. A gift of $20.00 will allow a low-income student to attend the workshop at no cost to the student. Click here to contribute a gift to directly support student registration for this event.
